Disabling the Cloud Connection and Updating Services
Temporarily disable the Cloud system, permanently delete all data, update connection services remotely and sync users.
Disabling temporarily
To disable the cloud system temporarily, tap the Sign Out button in Settings > Cloud on the smart home panel. If you sign out without selecting the “delete my data” option, you are signed out temporarily. All cloud access is removed from the smart home panel, while your membership, panel and authorized account records remain on the cloud side.
Deleting all data permanently
The steps are the same as a temporary sign-out, except that you must select “Delete all my data” at the sign-out confirmation step.
Updating connection services remotely
Cloud services that provide remote management can be updated remotely with a single click, without requiring a version upgrade. Open Settings > Cloud from the panel interface. The accounts listed under Connection Services are the Cloud users with an active connection on the current panel. Click the Update button in the top left corner and confirm; all active cloud services on the system are then updated.
Syncing users without a restart
From version 1.31.0 onward, when user authorization is performed on the Cloud web side, a newly added user is synced with the smart home panel automatically within 30 minutes, without restarting the services. Likewise, when a user’s authorization is revoked, the account is removed from the panel within 30 minutes.
